Admin Assistant

Job Description:

Paracon is a leading recruitment and consultancy firm, specialising in IT Recruitment. We service various industry sectors and provide IT resources and consulting services to our extensive blue-chip client base. We have an opportunity for you to join our awesome team as a Financial Controller.

You will be processing all data, documentation and reports associated with time-keeping, billing, invoicing and payment of clients and resources associated with Mondial IT Solutions to strict cycles and impeccable standards of quality and service. You will also be loading and amending new or renewed contracts.

Your daily missions will be:

►Administering the inputting and reporting on of all operational data;
►Receiving and collating timesheets monthly;
►Checking the internal logic of the information supplied on timesheets;
►Contacting and requesting timesheet information from contractors if it is outstanding;
►Loading timesheet data for each contractor into the appropriate information system;
►Preparing billing and payment reports per Account Manager;
►Keeping contractor contact list updated;
►Informing the Account Managers on contract renewals;
►Sending welcome email and explanation system of timesheet system to all new contractors;
►Providing regular and ad hoc administrative support to the team of Account Managers as assigned or requested from time to time; and,
►Preparing individual contractor reports reflecting input data for the month worked.
►As part of the interview process, you will be required to write assessments.

Job Requirements

►We're looking for someone who has matric, previous work experience (2 - 3 years') in accounts/payroll/office administration preferably and strong administration skills as well as attention to detail.
►A tertiary qualification would be preferred and if you are bilingual it will be a definite advantage.
►You will need strong numeracy skills, PC Literacy and good MS Excel knowledge as well as excellent communication skills and customer orientation as this role entails extensive liaise with our contractors.
►A valid driver's license and your own transport is required.
