CLERK / TYPIST VACANCY PRETORIA

Our leading company is looking for an experienced Clerk / Typist

Duties:

► Accurate preparation in accordance with prevailing instructions
► Timeous preparation in accordance with departmental requirement
► Volume in accordance with departmental requirements
► Checking, signing and where appropriate dispatching filing receipt letters
► Updating workflows
► Completing inside stamp and electronic file
► Updating accurately acceptance/ registration status
► Checking and verifying client/ payer details
► Accurate maintainance


► Documentation easily retrievable at all times
► All information received updated accurately and in line with procedures
► Updates done or arranged immediately when information is received
► Checking files for outstanding requirements, and delayed dates
► Processing and reporting in accordance with standing instructions and or departmental
standard
► Checking certificates of Grant/ Design registration certificates and dispatching to Patent office
► Accuracy
► Checking if account is delinquent
► Checking LP/ DRC for correctness and completeness in all aspects
► Reporting and invoicing according to standing instructions
► Correcting errors and returning to Patent office for re - issue
► Ording and dispatching of duplicate certificate

Requirements:

► Matric
► 3 - 5 years experieince in Legal industry
► Secretarial diploma

Location: Pretoria
Salary: Market related
Contract: Permanent
Statute: Full Time
