Min. Educational qualification:
► Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
Appropriate supervisory experience.
Appropriate experience with regard to Registry, Archives and Messengers.
► Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail).
► Excellent writing and communication skills.
► Understanding the Registry/Archive/Messenger processes.
► Appropriate knowledge and experience with regard the management of the Registry (archive & filing system and messenger service of the institution.
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
► Overall Management of the components, responsible for procedural matters, including Budget control expenditure, and ensuring effective Human Resource Management.
► Accurate and timeous reporting as per requirements and compiling of reports.
► Manage disciplinary procedures and staff performance.
► Provide efficient assistance and support to clients, personnel, management and supervisors.
