Inherent requirement of the job:
► Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
► Ability to effectively communicate in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.
► Ability to function independently and/or as part of a team.
Duties (key result areas/outputs):
► Responsible for general hygiene and safe environment in the hospital.
► General cleaning and maintain cleaning equipment.
► Dust, sweep, polish, scrub, empty dustbins and mop floors/passages and furniture.
► Correct and cost effective usage and operation or equipment and chemicals.
► Elementary stock control.
