An exciting opportunity exists at Fujifilm South Africa for a motivated and dedicated individual as an Executive Personal Assistant / Office Coordinator.

Job Description:

►Travel arrangements
►Petty cash
►Diary management
►Facilitation between executives and divisions
►Prepare correspondence, reports ad materials for presentations
►Setup and coordinate a variety of internal and external meetings
►Create, transcribe and distribute meetings, agendas and minutes
►Provide administrative support to management
►Organize, coordinate an host functions of high quality
►Ability to make sound decisions or take appropriate actions when the need arises to support the Director's daily responsibilities
►Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff
►Manage receptionist, driver and cleaning staff
►Assisting the finance department

Job Skills and Requirements:

►Matric certificate
►A relevant certificate / diploma /degree in administration
►3 Years relevate experience
►Microsoft Office, SAP
►Valid driver's license
►Excellent administrative skills
►Excellent communication skills
►Abilit to work independently
►Excellent oganizational skills
►An understanding of confidentialty issus and the use of discretion
►Strong work ethic and integrity
►Superior professionalism and judgement
►Upbeat and enthusiastic attitude
►Good verbal and written communication
►Attention to detail
