Front Office Administrator (Southern Suburbs)

An NGO supporting the Church in introducing young South Africans to Jesus, the Bible and the Church through camp, school, and community projects, is looking for an administrator to join their team.

Role and responsibilities:

► Handling of switchboard
► Security – locking up of doors/windows
► Operating the use of the boardroom
► Updating the staff movement board
► Handling all post related issues
► Receiving goods / deliveries
► Assisting guests on arrival
► Managing all donor aspects (correspondence, filing etc.)
► Tracking staff birthdays
► Updating the staff contact lists/file
► Stationery orders
► All administrative functions as delegated

Requirements:

► Certificate or Diploma in Office Administration
► 2 – 3 Years’ experience in a similar position
► Strong administrative capabilities
► Computer Literate (Excel, Word & Outlook)
► Good time management skills
► Ability to multi task
► A background in finance will be advantageous
► Ability to be versatile – work with people at all levels
► Maintaining the image of the organisation
