Requirements
Minimum educational qualification:

  • General Education and Training Certificate (GETC)/Grade 9 (Std 7).

Experience:  

  • Appropriate housekeeping experience

Inherent requirements of the job:

  • Ability to work shifts as required by the operations of the work place.

Competencies (knowledge/skills):

  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Exce.l
  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape.
  • Ability to deal with diversity in culture and attitudes.
  • Ability to manage a well organised office admin environment.

Duties (key result areas/outputs):

  • Effective and efficient supervision over the hospital residence.
  • Effective and efficient management of assets and equipment.
  • Supporting the Human Resource function.
