Purpose of the job:

The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the managing director and the marketing director


► Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them appropriately.
► Diary management for the director and managers, co-ordinate and arrange internal and external meetings.
► Welcoming and looking after visitors.
► Dealing with correspondence and writing letters.
► Taking minutes in meetings.
► Producing documents, reports and presentations.
► Organising and ensuring that executive management is well prepared for meetings.
► Liaising with customers, suppliers and staff on behalf of the directors.
► Carrying out specific projects and research.
► Perform general office administrative tasks such as ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies and equipment.
► Travel arrangements (local and international) including flights, accommodation and car hire.


► Matric certificate
► Secretarial diploma or equivalent
► 3 - 5 years previous relevant experience
► Advanced computer literacy & ability specifically with the microsoft office suite
► Drivers licence and own car will be an advantage
