TWO PEOPLE INJURED AS CAR CRASHED INTO A LOCAL CLOTHING STORE IN CAPE TOWN

DRIVE-THRU CLOTHING STORE, BLAAUWBERG, CAPE TOWN

An employee and a customer of a local clothing store in Blaauwberg, Cape Town, has sustained minor injuries when a car crashed into a clothing store on Sunningdale Street in Blaauwberg, Cape Town, earlier today!

The exact detail to the cause of the accident will remain a subject for police investigation and comment.

Reports from the scene indicate that only two people were injured after a clothing shelf fell on top an employee and a customer.

Netcare911 paramedics treated the employee for minor injuries before transporting her to a nearby hospital for further medical care.

The customer was transported privately to a nearby hospital for further medical care.

The driver of the vehicle, a woman, did not sustain any injuries. This accident happened this afternoon at about 12h00.

The exact cause of the incident is unknown. Authorities were on scene for further investigations.
