EMER-G-MED Paramedics attended this accident scene.EMER-G-MED Emer-G-Med is an Advanced Life Support pre-hospital emergency medical service which operates in the City of Johannesburg, Ekurhuleni and Tshwane, Gauteng.
In the early hours of this morning two people sustained serious injuries, both requiring Advanced Life Support Care, after a High-Speed Rear-Impact Collision on the M1 South after Corlett Drive, Bramley in Johannesburg's Northern Suburbs.
At 02:48 EMER-G-MED's RV6, A01 and A09 arrived on the scene, finding the two wrecked vehicles lying across the highway.
A passenger from the car that was rear-ended, was found to be entrapped and critically injured. Another passenger sustained less serious injuries.
The patients were carefully extricated from the vehicle, thereafter they were stabilised on the scene before being transported to a nearby trauma centre - both under Advanced Life Support care.
JMPD were on-scene to investigate the exact cause of the collision.
